I recently did a Linden Method review because I tried using the product to help me get rid of my anxiety and panic attacks. I am not one to normally do a review like this, but I truly believe the Linden Method saved my career and my life.My anxiety started back when I was a kid. I think I was pretty normal in that I had the typical fears of getting up in front of people. But I do distinctly remember somebody making fun of me one time when I had to get up in front of the class and give a report. They whispered to the kid next to them that it looked like my mom had dressed me. It was obviously not meant to be heard, but I heard it.
They use a process called neuroplasticity to accomplish this reversal. This involves the replacement of one set of memories or behaviours with another one, which is more desirable. Many doctors have stated that this is probably the only way to completely eliminate any panic attacks. The Linden Method uses neuroplasticity to replace your anxious neural pathways with new non anxious ones. This automatically resets your brain, permanently removing any high levels of anxiousness. The actual process is so fast and natural, most people do not even notice it happening.
But it became sort of an automatic trigger to where whenever I had to meet new people or get in front of a crowd for whatever reason, my heart would pound so hard it would almost come out of my chest, I had a horrible dry throat, and I would sweat so bad I could feel it running down my back under my short.
This in turn made it even worse because I was now anxious about how other people perceived me while I was having these attacks. As time went on, I learned to avoid having to give presentations at work, or having to speak in front of more than one person at a time by making excuses. I also avoided going to parties or any social gatherings because I just could not handle the anxiety and pressure I went through in the days leading up to the event. And when I did go, I would just sit there and not talk to anyone. I even made a point to not make eye contact with anyone so that they would not speak to me.
I should note that this isn't an overnight solution. It does take some time to complete this process, but you can expect gradual progress and improvement with the LindenMethod. If you are unfamiliar with what the Linden method is then you are not updated with the latest breakthrough in the treatment of General Anxiety Disorders. GAD is becoming a widespread behavioral disorder that more and more people are becoming aware about. Until this treatment method came about, this ailment has always been treated with medications and therapies by medical professionals. At this point you may be asking:"How does the Linden Method work in treating GAD?"
I did the rounds at doctors and psychiatrists, but was not real keen on taking medication. And that always seemed to be their recommendation - take some pills and suppress the issue. I did not have many side effects from the medication, but was I supposed to take pills the rest of my life? That's simply not my idea of a cure.As the demands of my work and my family made me more and more anxious I set out to find some sort of natural remedies for anxiety. I read about a lot of products online that said they would help me cure anxiety and panic, but The Linden Method caught my eye for some reason. It just seemed more professional than the other ones I looked at.
What I liked about it was that Charles Linden, the creator of The Linden Method, had also suffered with anxiety and panic his entire life. And his approach was a bit different than what I had heard from all of the doctors. He contends that the anxiety and panic are not a chemical imbalance in the brain, as is widely believed, but a learned behavioral response from past experiences. This really "spoke" to me as I had done some self-examination in the past and could trace a lot of my anxiety back to that event when I was a kid. It made sense to me that it was a learned behavioral response to that past incident.
The program teaches you about how you learned these behaviors and how to turn them off. It's kind of like CBT, but a little modified. And I know this sounds crazy, but I literally had my anxiety about 80% under control after the first week. I was "unlearning" my past behavior and learning a new behavioral response. I was ecstatic to say the least. And the support you get is phenomenal. They have trained counselors you can call to help you through the program and make it successful for you.
The process can't fail to work if the sufferer complies. The fact is, that if a sufferer is human and has a high anxiety condition, it can't fail. The resultant changes whilst doing my program causes the body's natural anxiety reduction process to fire up; it's how every ex anxiety sufferer since the dawn of time has recovered; all other treatment options are largely ineffective because psychology and medicine just don't understand the process or condition well enough.
