Womens Empowerment Coaching And Equal Rights

By Brenda Morris

When it comes to equal rights, there are lot of areas in which people are working to create equality. One of these areas is in regards to equal pay for equal work and other rights for women. As such, there are now a number of blogs and forums associated with womens empowerment coaching. In addition, there are individuals working as life coaches whom can work with women in all areas of life on a regular basis.

When it comes to the fight for equality, there are often setbacks in all these areas. One area in particular in which this is the case is that of economics. Whereas, while there are more women in politics than ever before, there is still a need for more women to join political forces around the world.

Whether a professional, housewife or stay at home mom, there are now a number of blogs and websites which can be beneficial. Whether needing to talk to someone about child care, domestic abuse, sexual assault or just needing emotional support, these sites can often be life saving. As many of these sites were set up by women for women, there is often a connection between members even when posting and sharing on an anonymous basis.

There are blogs and forums related to a number of issues related to domestic violence, sexual harassment, sexual assault and other issues which women are often afraid to talk about in public. As a result, women can connect with others whom are going through the same situations, often on an anonymous basis.

In other areas, women can work for equal rights with regards to having the same rights as men. One area in which women remain less than equal to male counterparts is that of equal pay or equal work. As such, online social networking provides an opportunity for women to discuss this and other issues without being oppressed by various members of society.

Until recently, racism and LGBTQ+ issues have often overshadowed the womens movement in the news and online. It should be noted that a number of groups are also still out marching in different areas in support of equality for women. Whereas, there are also many whom are working as political activists online. In all cases, it is important to stand up against hate whether against women or other minorities, especially when that hate is trying to be justified as free speech.

At the same time, there are now far many more blogs and postings which work to empower rather than degrade women as well as other minorities. Thanks to the internet, there is now a shared voice in regard to so many of these atrocities. As such, there may still be hope that the world will actually see a stronger sense of equality amongst all these groups than has been the case in the past.

While there have been a lot of gains with relation to womens rights, there is still a great deal more work to be done. Whether joining a march or rally, posting on a blog or website, women are the ones whom must step up and continue to make progress in this area. While this is the case, it never hurts when men as well as women become active in the fight for equal rights.
