It is very easy to ignore basic stuff as hygiene, good nutrition, proper sleep, and intimacy. These are the primary building blocks of healthy social interactions. Anyone, who ignores good self-care, will end up having personal confidence issues in the long run.

Set restrictions on matters of love and work. It helps you become emotionally and spiritual stable, and it does not harm your self-confidence.
