In our world, we are fed this concept that everything must take place at the moment and if it does not happen now, it is not worth it at all. Your body is going to change throughout all the years, so why don't you make a lifelong commitment to keeping healthy? Is that a sexy packageable idea? Not really. But is it something that might actually change the course of your life? Absolutely.
When you make a pledge to keeping your body healthy through your entire life, you'll ultimately reach whatever goal you wish. It is all about seeing the big picture than merely the few months in front of you till summer. It's honestly about developing something that you truly can be proud of for all the years to come. For me, that new concept changed my life as I was able to ultimately hit my health goals after 12 years of wrestling with my self-image and food issues. But as soon as I modified my perspective of what I was trying to attain, everything I had wished for came to me. So try it on for size and see if it might work for you.
